Help Macmillan Cancer support climb the French Alps

July 30, 2009

In September this year, in the space of 3 days, our friend Steve Phillip (RED-FM) will take on 180 miles and 6 mountain climbs, when he cycle some of the most challenging routes made famous by the Tour de France, including the infamous Alp d'Huez. The challenge is looking pretty massive; 6 Alps mountain climbs, one is twice the height of Ben Nevis and 60 miles a day for 3 days! Steve will have the additional challenge of carrying some extra weight as he will taking with him some of the brand new Haute Culture coffee range to the top of the Alps!

The beneficiary of of this mad cap adventure could be any one of us, as the charity he and we at MFH are supporting is Macmillan Cancer Support. This is a massive challenge, so please help Steve reach his target by the end of July so he can then focus on the training.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor him: Macmillan Cancer Support gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer. They provide practical, medical, emotional and financial support and push for better cancer care. Cancer affects us all. We can all help.

Remember this is for a fantastic cause that any one of us may need some day, so please give generously and most importantly please give now.

Thank you.
