This wonderful old water mill dating from the 14th century has been tastefully restored built using the local creamy-coloured stone. This unique mill property situated in a picturesque hamlet near Albi lies in the Valley and is surrounded by an unspoilt natural environment. Here each season is different; spring is delightful with fresh green growth, early flowers, and warm days. In early summer, as guests and friends sip aperitifs and enjoy their evening meal on the south-facing terrace, they gaze upon fields of golden sunflowers, ripening corn and maize. In the later summer months they watch magnificent sunsets when the sky turns red and the whole landscape is bathed in a rosy glow.

The property consists of:

Main entrance into a large hallway where you will find an office/occasional bedroom, and WC. Up the lovely wooden staircase and enter the very large kitchen/diner of around 32 sq.m room (part of the floor has a glass floor to look down over the flowing river under the property). Off the dining room there is a very large salon/lounge of around 50 sq.m. This room has a double-sided wood burner and large sliding doors opening onto the larger terrace (10 sq.m) with wonderful views onto the countryside. From the salon you go up a few steps to the first of the 3 bedrooms. All the three bedrooms have their own newly created private toilet and shower room.
