With its high ceilings and many windows, the house is flooded with natural light that immediately gives a feeling of spaciousness.

A characterful pigeonnier is positioned like a watch tower on the edge of the ramparts. It could be a writer’s hide-away with its window looking out to the distant mountains.

The village itself is small, charming and beautifully maintained. It is located about 10 minutes from Vic Fezensac, a town with one of the best markets in the area and a lively social calendar. Nearest airports are Toulouse (1.30 hrs drive), Bordeaux (2 hours) and Pau (1.15 hours). The Pyrenees mountains with their ski fields, the Spanish border and the Atlantic coast are 2 hours away.
