15th Century Chateau and vineyards in the Entre Deux Mers

This property is a jewel of French wine heritage. Built in the 15th and 18th century, this exceptional property enjoys a superb, dominant situation and lovely grounds. It is situated in the Entre Deux Mers region of the Gironde, 30 minutes from St Emilion and under an hour from Bordeaux.

The ensemble comprises the principal structure flanked by twin Renaissance towers with a central traversing entrance hall, two large reception areas and six bedrooms over 15th century vaulted cellars with its own sale.

Two wings form an enclosed courtyard with a period entry porch housing two independent restored apartments each comprising a spacious living and reception area, dining room, fitted kitchen, six bedrooms and two bathrooms, utility areas and separate swimming pools.
