2 - The Optional 'Premier Service Package':
Arranging visits: FREE, no fee payable for the first four properties that we arrange viewings for. Once you have requested our services, our standard agreement will be sent to you by post or by e-mail.
Stage 1 and 2: Payments for our services are made in two separate instalments of respectively 30% (agreement or compromis) and 70% (final contract) of our success fee. These fees are due after 10 days from signature of either contracts and/or invoice dates, whichever is the earlier. The charge for using our services is related to the price of the property and starts from 0.95% of the property price.
The chart below explains the commission rates for different property price bands at each stage of the process. Rates are applied to the NET property price without the Agent's or Notary's fees included.

In the event that you have signed the agreement (or compromis) whilst
on a viewing trip, we will send you a statement on your return and the
first instalment will be due 10 days from the signature date.
All payments are to be made in UK sterling (£UK) only and can be arranged by direct bank-to-bank transfer or by cheque made to my-french-house.com Ltd. All charges are subject to VAT.
