Going, Going, gone! Chateau Auction Success
After generating thousands of page views, dozens of enquiries and double digit bidders, this amazing chateau auction opportunity for sale in the glorious Loire Valley is now gone. It’s been a very interesting auction as it started earlier than previous ones, mostly due to the amount of interest and the time of the year. I must admit that watching the last 5 minutes of auction activity “live” was rivetting with the clock being reset everytime a last minute higher bid came in.
It’s a too early to confirm the sale bu it seems a lucky buyer seems to have bagged himself a bargain of a gem, as Chateau Falloux was listed for sale previously at 3,8M! This is especially true as there’s an large increase in demand and sales of Castles and Period properties in France, and a shortage, as you may have noticed.
Well done to the new owners and “chatelain” of Chateau de Falloux, these chateaux auction don’t come to the market very often. For those who are still looking, the strongly suggest that you register with us so you can keep in touch with our new listings and price reductions.
In the meantime, see our Top 5 Tips for buying a Chateau, we hope it’s useful to you and your organisation, keep an eye on our award winning website.
