Finding the Perfect Property

Understanding your priorities and dislikes will be extremely helpful in finding your perfect property more efficiently. Create a wish-list to define your requirements. Keep to five points for each and highlight those you are willing to compromise on.

The Perfect Property

Must-Have
 – List all the essentials your property must have, including the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and garden size, as well as a garage or nearby amenities and doctors.

Nice-to-Have – These are the added extras that would make a property more appealing to you. These might include outbuildings, a swimming pool and countryside views.

No-No – Don’t forget to list the things that would make a property unsuitable for you, for example, houses without gardens, too much work, or isolated locations.
