Located in the Centre-Val de Loire region, this magnificent early 19th-century castle features classical architecture of the era (building flanked by two towers), constructed in tuffeau (traditional local stones of the Loire castles) and set on a 4-hectare property, offering 650 m² of living space, 11 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, a 5-bedroom gîte, and the adjoining caretakers' house.

Attached to this same villa, a beautiful duplex apartment for the caretaker. It consists, on the ground floor, of a living room kitchen, and upstairs of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Heating is provided by an oil-fired boiler.

Wastewater is managed by septic tanks.
