This magnificent French château, constructed in the 19th century, boasts a stunning neo-renaissance and gothic style. It is nestled in a picturesque location just 15 km away from the charming town of Montluçon in the Rhone-Alpes region, some 300 km south of Paris.

The castle is surrounded by 14 hectares of enchanting woodland and a sprawling meadow that slopes down to a tranquil stream. On one side of the castle, you'll find a sprawling enclosed vegetable garden, while the estate is also home to three wells.

Inside, the castle is just as impressive. With a vast living area of 370 sq.m, spread over three levels, the castle has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Two of the levels are 130 sq.m each, with 3-meter ceilings that create a sense of grandeur and space. The third level is the attic, which is more than 90 sq.m and has been fully converted into a delightful living space.

A caretaker's cottage

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, and a large bedroom upstairs.

Outbuildings

A guest house to be renovated (no roof), a long building housing garages, sheds and stables. The ice house was dug near the outbuildings.

The two garages and a breeze-block reception room are currently under construction. A garden house adjoining the vegetable garden is used for storage.
