OUTSIDE

There is a swimming pool (9m x 5m) supported by automatic pH control and so is low maintenance. The pool has a slatted cover which meets regulatory requirements. There is a ruin and a garden area, which is well-populated with trees and has an irrigation system, to the west of the house. The pool is surrounded by decking, which also provides a large space for dining and there are wonderful 360 degree panoramic views from around the whole house. The centre of Carmaux lies 15 minutes’ drive to the west and offers many restaurants, shops and its mining and glass museums. The centre of the cathedral city of Albi lies 28 minutes to the south-west offering a wide range of shops and services. The airport city of Rodez is 48km away and Toulouse an hour and 15 minutes.
